Algebra Tea House has served tea in Little Italy since 2001. Palestinian artist Ayman Alkayali turned a former bike shop into the tea house and built the furniture, shelves and doors himself, and every mug is one he threw by hand. The menu lists 39 teas, from herbal and chai to white, green and black, alongside a Palestinian kitchen of hummus, shawarma and za'atar flatbreads.
Enclave opened in March 2026 in a storefront on West 10th Street in Tremont, run by Christina and Mike Boris. It serves ceremonial-grade matcha from Uji, whisked to order, starting with a plain usucha from $4, plus hojicha lattes and a masala chai made in house from whole spices. Christina bakes the biscuits each morning, and the bar also pours cocktails.
The Sacred Vortex is an alcohol-free teahouse, kombucha brewery and kava bar on Lorain Road. Its tea list is built on house botanical blends over white, green and red tea, poured by the 16-ounce cup or 64-ounce growler, plus Jun kombucha brewed with green tea and honey on tap. Cleveland Scene named it the city's best alcohol-free bar in 2025 and 2026, and it stays open until 1 or 2 a.m. every night.
The Emerald Necklace Inn is a bed and breakfast with a reservation-only tea room on Lorain Road. The inn sits in Fairview Park, a west-side suburb, and uses a Cleveland mailing address in its listings.
