Mean of the venue ratings we could verify (from Google, the venue owner, a review platform or a manually checked source); a 3.0 average scores 0 and 5.0 scores 100. Unverified ratings are ignored. A city with no verified rating gets the median Quality of the cities that have one, so the gap neither helps nor hurts it.

Percentage of venues that sell tea under their own label, so you can buy the leaf you drank.
