Portal Tea's Nob Hill branch carries the same 100-plus house teas as Sellwood, from chai blends made from scratch to herbal apothecary blends and cold brews, with an outdoor courtyard and local pastries. It stays open until 9pm daily; only Enthea Teahouse matches that closing time, and Enthea is closed Monday and Tuesday.
