The original Tao of Tea teahouse, open on Belmont since 1997 and built from bamboo, reclaimed wood and raw stone. Several dozen teas and herbal infusions are served by the cup or as a gongfu service that a server prepares at the table, alongside stove-top chai and vegetarian Indian dishes such as dal and rice. The company's retail Leaf Room is next door at 3432 SE Belmont.
