Portal Tea started in 2003 as Tea Chai Te, and this Sellwood branch is set inside a railroad caboose with a courtyard for outdoor seating. It carries more than 100 house teas, including chai blends, herbal apothecary blends, cold brews and nitro tea, plus teaware. It also serves bubble tea, but loose-leaf tea is the core of the menu.
