TBar is a small Northern California chain that started in Chico in 2004 and builds its menu around tea drinks: frozen tea lattes, sparkling tea, iced tea, chai and matcha lattes. The Midtown cafe also keeps more than 40 organic whole-leaf teas (black, green, oolong, white, rooibos and herbal) that you can ask for by name. Rice bowls and wraps make it a lunch or dinner stop.
