The practical detail to plan around is its cup policy: the FAQ says there are no disposable to-go cups, so bring a reusable vessel or buy one of the shop's travel mugs if you want tea for later. Loose leaf is sold by the ounce, and purchases are made in person. This is a hot-tea, iced-tea and loose-leaf shop; its FAQ specifically rules out boba.
