The Pittsburgh branch of Dobra Tea, a group of tea rooms founded in Prague in 1992. The menu runs through loose-leaf green, white, oolong, black, pu'er and herbal teas with an emphasis on multiple-infusion gongfu brewing, and the room has rugs, pottery and floor cushions. Food includes mezze platters.
