The Brook Street cafe of Ceremony, a Providence tea company founded in 2019 by Michelle Cheng, whose family in Anhui, China, worked with tea farmers. Ceremony buys from small farms in China, Taiwan and Japan, and its tea list covers Yame and Uji matcha, sencha, Keemun, Eastern Beauty, Li Shan and Dong Ding oolong in four roast levels. The cafe also serves coffee.
