A matcha and Japanese breakfast counter in the lobby of Hotel Renew, opened in fall 2025 by sushi chef Yuji Haraguchi as a sister to his Brooklyn cafe of the same name. Matcha drinks are whisked by hand, and the food is onigirazu musubi. It opens at 6 am, earlier than any other tea spot on this list.
