Philadelphia's boba is packed into two blocks of Chinatown along North 10th and Race streets. University City around 38th to 40th streets serves the Penn and Drexel crowd, and the Little Saigon strip on Washington Avenue pairs boba with chè and bánh mì. Mr. Wish, the Taiwanese fruit-tea chain, runs its US headquarters from Northeast Philadelphia.
