A table-service tea shop in the Springdale General complex, founded in 2006 by Jeffrey Lorien and carried on by his staff after his death in 2024. Any of its 150-plus teas can be brewed in the shop: pots run $6-$10, two- and four-tea flights $7.50 and $15, ceremonial matcha $4 a shot or $8 a bowl, and a gongfu tray with gaiwan and fairness pitcher $12. Zhi also wholesales tea to Central Texas cafes and hotels.
