Open since June 2009 in the Columbia Shopping Plaza on Coral Way near FIU, specialTEA bills itself as Miami-Dade's first tea lounge. The list runs past 60 loose-leaf teas, including Chinese greens, Taiwanese oolongs, Indian spiced chai and rooibos, served hot or iced. It stays open until 11 pm most nights, with board games, sandwiches and baked goods, plus boba and Florida craft beer on the menu.
