Sencha covers the build-a-drink side of State Street. The current merchant ordering menu includes green- or black-tea iced drinks, milk teas, spiced chai, oolong milk tea and matcha combinations. A plain iced tea and a sweetened milk tea are different starting points, so ask about the base, sweetness and toppings before adding extras. Use the current 224 State Street address: older tourism and brand pages still show 430 State Street, while the downtown business district map and active merchant menu place it at 224. This is a café drink stop, rather than a reservation-led afternoon tea meal.
