The Rosewood hotel serves afternoon tea in the 1925 Mansion Library, a dark-paneled room with stained-glass windows, on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 2:30 pm. The tea list runs from a white tea and jasmine to genmaicha, a roasted oolong and spiced chai. A version with a glass of Bollinger Champagne costs $20 more.
