A matcha bar in the BioDistrict, opened in 2025 by Logan Gobert as the first franchise of a Seattle-based brand. Every drink is whisked by hand to order, from ceremonial-grade matcha with only hot water to lattes and an iced matcha latte flight. It is closed Sundays.
