Gavin Kaysen's restaurant inside the Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis started a Saturday afternoon tea on December 13, 2025. The tiered service runs in two seatings, opens with a sparkling toast and pours teas from Jing Tea alongside cucumber and lobster sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and apple butter, madeleines and coconut cake.
