Herbalist Angela Mallett founded HoneyBee Sage in 2018, and its King Drive cafe serves her medicinal herbal blends at $6.50 a cup or $16 for a four-to-five-cup pot. Blends such as Say It Wit' Ya Chest and Sunny Roots are built around a purpose, with a short list of Assam, Earl Grey, Sencha and yerba mate for caffeine. The cafe is alcohol-free and also serves alcohol-free craft cocktails, and the shop sells loose blends and bulk herbs.
