It sells seats at scheduled public high teas, such as a Classic High Tea on October 25 at $67.99 per person, and books private high teas for 25 to 50 guests. Private menus come in a classic version with cucumber sandwiches, smoked salmon, quiche and scones with clotted cream, or a Filipino version with lumpia, tofu sisig and ube desserts.
