Cinsei is a Black-owned manga shop and matcha cafe on East 13th Street. The short drink menu includes a $7 usucha prepared the traditional Japanese way, matcha lattes at $6.50, a hojicha latte, and strawberry and pistachio matcha. Shelves of manga fill the rest of the room, and the shop takes special orders for titles it does not stock.
