Seven Cups Fine Chinese Teas is a Tucson company started in 2002 by Austin Hodge and his wife Zhuping. It opened a teahouse in 2004 at 2510 E Fort Lowell Rd, where the full range can be tasted, and sells the same teas online.
The company buys from more than 30 producers across China and lists teas by name and harvest year, with Chinese and English names side by side. The 2026 white tea list alone covers Silver Needle, White Peony, Yunnan Moonlight White, White Dragon Whiskers and a white-processed Tieguanyin. First order: 2026 Bai Mudan, then Silver Needle from the same year to taste the difference between leaf grades.
