Type: Green, unoxidized (steamed or pan-fired)
Origins: Uji and Shizuoka (Japan), West Lake and Zhejiang (China)
How to brew: Kyusu or small teapot. Sencha: 3–5 g per 240 ml at 77–85 °C (170–185 °F) for 2–3 min. Gyokuro: much cooler, 49–60 °C (120–140 °F)
